Me and the Hubs have been trying to go enjoy ourselves a couple nights a week. Usually, that means dinner and drinks. Sometimes we’ll get to meet up with friends, which is always a good time! I have have this irrational fear of running into the most important people and being poorly dressed. So no matter where we go, or with who, I always TRY to look presentable. Of course, with that, sometimes means being a “few” minutes late to places but it’s the price we pay (and by we, I mean my husband who is always the one waiting on me).
I wanted to add a couple pics of some my most recent outfits that I’ve been wearing out lately.
Look 1: An oldy, but a goody! This is one of my fave sweaters.. it’s pretty old but I still love it. It’s so soft and has the cutest zipper detail in the back. I loved changing the look of it with these over the knee boot in burgundy. These boots always get a ton of compliments and we’re super affordable.
Look 2: This look is a little edgy when it’s all worn together, but all the pieces are go to pieces on their own too. You can’t go wrong with a band tee, this one is a new Rolling Stones oversized tee and the colors are so awesome! I love this distressed KanCan denim jacket over it to add to the look but I’ve also thrown it on over just a plain white tee too! Black denim, yes please! Snakeskin boots, duh.
Look 3: A ton of fashion “no nos” together and it’s still one my faves. I love the black and brown together. And this striped white crow tee, with its horizontal stripes and all, is my new favorite tee. In fact, I’ve already bought it in 2 colors and have worn them both too many times to count.
Look 4: I’m embracing this new neon trend that’s happening. Even though, this is a little tame I’m gradually easing in. This neon strip going through this sweater is a great pop of color and I’m betting could really make a gal look tan (maybe not me, right now.. but look out spring time).
Look 5: Leopard. Print. Ya know I love it, and I love transitioning it into Spring with this top. It’s super cute tucked but it’s also easy to tie it a knot in the front. I’m pairing it with black denim (again, I know) but imagine it with some white pants for spring! 😻
